This policy, together with the Quality and Environmental Policy, the Compliance Policy and the Code of Ethics, applies to all employees, members of the management board, associates, distributors and third parties acting on behalf of the company.
Employees are strictly prohibited from offering, promising, giving, soliciting or accepting any inappropriate financial or non-financial benefit in order to influence a business decision. This includes money, gifts, commissions, travel, services, discounts or any advantage that could compromise the integrity of a business relationship.
The company operates in the regulated sector of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and it is particularly important that all interactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, public officials and regulatory bodies are fully transparent and in compliance with the law. Any form of undue influence, concealed bribery or attempt to stimulate decisions is not permitted.
Gifts, hospitality or business lunches are permitted only if they are of moderate value, have a clear business purpose and cannot affect the impartiality of the other party. All gifts or benefits that could be perceived as an incentive to purchase, prescribe or favour our products are prohibited.
Collaborations in education, sponsorships and research projects must be approved in advance, documented and based on a genuine medical or educational need. The company will not participate in arrangements that conceal impermissible payments or benefits.
Employees are required to immediately report any suspicious request, inappropriate behaviour, attempted bribery or violation of this policy through internal reporting channels. The company guarantees the protection of persons who report irregularities in good faith.
The company organises regular training on recognising and preventing corrupt practices, and fosters a culture of open communication and integrity. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary measures, including dismissal, as well as criminal and regulatory liability.
