The Code of Ethics of INEL-MED d.o.o. includes the following provisions that are important for all employees and management in the company.
- Be honest and ethical in conduct
- Proactively promote ethical behaviour in the work environment
- Deal fairly with all customers, suppliers and employees of the company
- Ensure that all information is accurate, completely objective, relevant, accessible, timely and understandable
- Comply with applicable national laws, rules and regulations
- Accept responsibility for the prevention, detection and reporting of all irregularities
- Protect and ensure the proper use of company assets
- Prohibition of any bribery of foreign government officials in order to obtain or retain business
- Prohibition of giving bribes to employees or agents of Beckman Coulter, Lima, B/Braun and others
- INEL-MED employees commit to attending all regular training, courses and seminars in order to advance in all areas of business
- Be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management system (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
INEL-MED may amend this Code of Ethics and supplement it from time to time. All employees also commit to complying with these provisions and any amendments.
