Policy
It is the policy of INEL-MED d.o.o. to comply with all applicable national and local laws and regulations. It is also the policy of INEL-MED to adhere to the Code of Ethics adopted by the Director.
Commitment
We remain committed to our responsibility to conduct our business affairs with integrity based on sound ethical and moral standards. We will hold our employees to those same standards.
Responsibility
All employees must acknowledge that it is their responsibility to report all instances of suspected or known non-compliance to their immediate supervisor. Failure to report known non-compliance or filing reports that are not in good faith will be grounds for disciplinary action, including termination of contract.
Policies and Procedures
INEL-MED will communicate its compliance standards and policies to all employees on an annual basis. We are committed to these efforts through the distribution of this Compliance Policy and our Code of Ethics and Quality and Environmental Protection Policy.
Policy Enforcement
This Compliance Policy will be enforced consistently through appropriate disciplinary mechanisms including, where appropriate, disciplinary action against individuals responsible for the failure to detect and/or report non-compliance.
